I wanted to implement a function that can read and sort csv.

While creating the EA list, I started making it with table tags first, but the number seems to increase, and while repeating trial and error
I found a reference site, so I implemented it as it is.
It is a type that has a sorting function on the site, which is very convenient.

Originally, I wanted to register the jquery additional header only on a specific page.
I gave up because it didn’t go well, enabled it as a whole, and installed it for the time being.
